Return & Replacement Policy

At Moksha Naturals, we take great pride in the quality of our natural skincare products. Please read our policy regarding returns and replacements below.
1. No Refunds or "Change of Mind"
Once an order is placed and processed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. Please choose your products carefully before completing your purchase.
2. When is a Return Possible?
We only accept returns and offer replacements in the following two cases:
- Damaged Product: If the item arrived broken, leaking, or damaged during delivery.
- Wrong Product: If we sent you a different item than what you ordered.
03. Required Proof (Photos/Videos)
- To protect our business and ensure fairness, we must see proof of the issue.
- You must provide a clear photo or a short video showing the damaged or incorrect product.

- Without clear photo/video proof, we cannot provide a replacement.
4. Five -Day Time Limit
Any claim for a damaged or wrong product must be made within 5 days of receiving your order. After 5 days, we are unable to offer a replacement.
5. Replacement Process
If your claim is approved:
- We will send you a replacement of the correct or undamaged product.
- If you prefer, you may choose another product of the same value as your original purchase.
- If the new product is more expensive, you must pay the price difference.
6. Shipping Costs
If we sent the wrong item or a damaged item, Moksha Naturals will cover the shipping cost for the replacement.
