You agree not to copy or use our website content, brand name, or product images without permission from Nisargah Holdings (Pvt) Ltd.

03. Products and Pricing

  • Information: We try to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions.
  • Pricing: All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). We can change prices or stop selling a product at any time without notice.
  • Availability: Our products are available for delivery across Sri Lanka.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We use trusted courier services to deliver your products.
  • Once the product is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.

5. Returns and Replacements

  • Strict No-Refund Policy: We do not offer cash refunds.
  • Damaged or Wrong Items: We will only replace a product if it arrived damaged or if we sent the wrong item.
  • Proof Required: You must provide a clear photo or video of the damaged or wrong product within 7 days of receiving it.
  • Final Sale: We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind after the order has been processed.

  • Although we do not use harmful chemicals, we recommend doing a “patch test” on a small area of skin first to ensure you do not have a personal sensitivity to any ingredient.
